This whole process to me is about learning to love yourself. So you are worthy to receive the abundant gifts life has to offer. I am worthy. I am loved and love itself.
While reading the poem “ The girl in the glass” and saying “ I love you Clare Bates”was the start of this process of beginning to love myself. Last week we were given the task of writing index cards with achievements we’ve made in our lives. Initially I thought this was going to be difficult, but once I got started it was one of the most loving things I have done for myself. Reading them to myself is such a gift.
Now this week we need to write out 3 gratitude cards. I am already feeling so blessed.
This is my last blog before Christmas. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and I feel I am gifting myself the greatest gift with MKE
